BLUE LIGHT (415NM):

We recommend 3-5, 10-minute treatments per week for 4-6 weeks followed by maintenance as desired.
- Cleanse and dry skin
- Loop head straps and slot in eye protectors into the mask.
- Plug the connector of the Type-C cable on the mask port into the controller.
- Hold mask close to your face and fasten straps around your head.
- Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on, the default mode is red light mode.
- Switch to desired light mode/combination.
DO NOT use Bright On LED Mask if you are taking any medication that can cause photosensitivity, if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or suffer from light induced headaches. If you are unsure about any medications, please consult your health care provider.
